"Received the Wrong Product"
I ordered a GHD hair styler but ended up with a bunch of Yankee candles instead. I still haven't heard back from them after my last email. It's really frustrating to shell out £156.90 for candles that I don't want at all. The box was fine, and I've never had issues with Royal Mail before. As of now, I still haven't gotten either the gift I needed or my money back in my account. I’m not just gonna let this slide…
